Debra Malver

Debra Malver is an experienced technical writer with a strong background in security and compliance software documentation. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Writer at Tanium since December 2019, Debra produces comprehensive documentation in an agile environment using Madcap Flare and GitHub. Previously, Debra held positions as Senior Technical Writer and Project Lead at Juniper Networks from 2007 to December 2019, where responsibilities included creating extensive online help for a cloud-based security solution. Debra also managed documentation for Cisco Systems and OKENA, producing a range of user guides and support material. Early career experience includes roles at Axent Technologies and Raptor Systems, focusing on firewall and VPN documentation. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Boston University and further education from Northeastern University.
