Dustin Eddins

Dustin Eddins is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and enterprise services. Currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Services Engineer at Tanium since October 2020, Dustin focuses on operationalizing, administering, and maintaining the Tanium Platform while addressing complex technical challenges. Previous roles include Senior System Engineer at Acxiom, where responsibilities encompassed managing Windows workstation devices and utilizing tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Crowdstrike Falcon Endpoint Security. Dustin's career began at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, holding various positions, including System Administrator, managing software licensing and overseeing hardware support for numerous clinical and academic users. An early career with Geek Squad involved computer repairs and customer service, and retail experience at Walmart laid the foundation for developing strong customer relations skills. Dustin holds an Associate's degree from the University of Arkansas – Pulaski Technical College and has furthered education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
