Jay Wells is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success, technical account management, and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Tanium since June 2019, Jay has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Customer Success. Prior to Tanium, Jay spent over a decade at Ricoh USA, Inc., where notable achievements included founding the Services Development department and spearheading customer success initiatives at mindSHIFT, ultimately enhancing customer value and operational excellence. Jay's career also features significant roles in business development at Exent Technologies and Oracle, where strategic sales efforts led to substantial revenue growth.
