Joe Scherpa is a seasoned user experience designer with extensive experience in leading design initiatives for major organizations. Since September 2018, Joe has served as Staff User Experience Designer at Tanium, focusing on portfolio lead UX design and design operations. Prior to this, Joe spent over 16 years at IBM, where roles included Agile Product Owner for an AI-enabled IT support system and Senior User Experience Designer in various capacities. Joe's expertise encompasses user experience design, usability testing, and design leadership for both internal applications and external platforms. Joe holds an MS in Human Factors Engineering from Tufts University and a BS in Technical, Scientific and Professional Communication from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
