Justin Conaway is currently the Lead of Identity and Access Management at Tanium, where they guide a team of eight through the complexities of identity management in a rapidly growing company. With a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Oklahoma, Justin’s IT career began at Dobson Communications as an ISD Helpdesk Analyst and progressed through various roles, including as Identity Management Lead at Love's Travel Stops and Senior System Engineer at multiple organizations. Driven by a passion for technology and a problem-solving mindset, Justin specializes in automation within Identity Access Management, balancing security and customer experience. Through their leadership, they focus on fostering both personal and professional development within their team.
