Koji Komatsu

Koji Komatsu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management and solution engineering across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Vice President of Solution Engineering and Customer Success at Tanium since March 2018, Koji has held various leadership roles, including Area Vice President and Senior Director of Technical Account Management. Prior to Tanium, Koji worked at Cisco from August 2017 to March 2018 as a Technical Marketing Engineer focused on strategic customer engagements for the SD-WAN segment, following the acquisition of Viptela, where Koji was a Senior Systems Engineer. Earlier career experiences include a significant tenure at VMware from 2007 to 2016, where Koji advanced partnerships with Japanese OEMs and led pre-sales engineering teams. Koji began a career at Cisco Systems in 2004 after earning a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The University of Tokyo in 2004.
