Lisa Hershman

Hon. Lisa Hershman currently serves as the Secretary of Management and Budget for the State of Indiana, where they manage a budget exceeding $20 billion and oversee business transformation efforts. They previously held senior leadership roles in both the private sector and the U.S. Department of Defense, including serving as Acting Chief Management Officer at the DoD, where they achieved significant operational reforms and savings.
