Matthew Price is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success, engagement, and product innovation across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Success for the North Eastern Region at Tanium since April 2019, Matthew previously held the position of Vice President of Customer Engagement for the West. As the founder of CX4Teams, Matthew provided executive consulting to startups on designing integrated Customer Experience strategies and developed a portfolio of Journey Maps for businesses. Furthermore, Matthew contributed to DeliverFund as a Board Member and Treasurer, aiding efforts against human trafficking. With a solid background from Oracle in customer experience strategy, a leadership role at The City by Zondervan, and founding Studio Pix, Matthew has a proven track record in driving innovation. Earlier career highlights include significant roles at Microsoft and Procter & Gamble, complemented by a BBA (Hons) in Business from Schulich School of Business.
