Michael Bailey

Michael Bailey is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and network management, currently serving as the Director of Threat Hunting at Tanium since June 2021, after a brief role as a Technical Account Manager. Prior to Tanium, Michael held the position of Senior Engineer at Security Onion Solutions, LLC, and worked as a Cyber Security Analyst at the United States Department of Defense. Michael's career began in the US Army, where various roles included Deputy Chief of Counter Operations, Senior Engineer for Network Management, and Network Operations Observer and Controller. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Networks and Security and an Associate of Arts in Computer Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as completion of the Warrant Officer Advanced Course.
