Currently the Sr. Director of Global Sales Enablement at Tanium, Raye spearheads initiatives to enhance sales team performance across various markets. As the Founder of Growth Focused Coaching, Raye drives growth for over 30 SMB clients by optimizing sales processes and implementing effective customer success systems. Raye also served as a Special Operations Fellow at The Honor Foundation, focusing on professional development for Navy SEALs and the U.S. Special Operations community, and held leadership roles in the U.S. Army’s 75th Ranger Regiment. Raye earned an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
