Russ Evans

Russ Evans has extensive experience in corporate legal affairs, currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Tanium since 2017, where responsibilities include managing corporate and equity matters, ethics programs, and regulatory compliance during significant growth phases. Previously, Russ held the role of General Counsel (acting) during a transition to a new CEO. Prior experience includes Senior Counsel at the University of California, overseeing litigation for the UC system, and Vice President of Legal Affairs at Electronic Arts, where Russ helped expand the legal team and managed various compliance programs. Early career roles included Associate at Heller Ehrman and Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Martin J. Jenkins. Russ holds a JD from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a BA in History with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
