Ryan Hopping is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in technical account management and systems integration. Currently serving as a Principal Escalation Engineer and Senior Director of Technical Account Management at Tanium since June 2017, Ryan leads a team focused on the support and deployment of Tanium's infrastructure, collaborating closely with engineering and product management to ensure successful releases of TanOS. Prior to Tanium, Ryan held various engineering and support roles at EMC from June 2008 to May 2017, contributing expertise in storage management solutions and leading support initiatives for major enterprise clients. Ryan's earlier experience includes positions at Belarc, Moldflow, Virtual Engineering, and PTC, with a foundational education in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
