Sunny Pham

Manager, Support Center

Sunny Pham has extensive experience in technical support and system administration, currently serving as Manager of the Support Center at Tanium since May 2020, after holding roles in Support, Technical Account Management, and as an Enterprise Services Engineer. Prior to Tanium, Sunny Pham served in the Air National Guard from March 2010 to September 2022, excelling as a Cyber Systems Operations technician and the AFNet Migration CST Lead, as well as providing IT support for over 200 users at the South Portland station. Additional experience includes positions at CACI International Inc, the White House Communications Agency, OTELCO, and iMobile US, where Sunny Pham specialized in system administration and technical support roles. Sunny Pham holds an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
