The Human Resources team at Tanium is responsible for managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, professional development, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. They support the company’s objectives by fostering a positive workplace culture, driving strategic people programs, and implementing initiatives to enhance leadership and professional enablement across the organization. Additionally, the team provides counsel on legal matters, administers total rewards and benefits programs, and ensures the safety and protection of executive staff.
