Hessa Alsaeed

Hessa Alsaeed is a legal professional with a Bachelor's degree in Law from King Saud University, received between 2016 and 2020. Hessa began a career in the legal field as a Legal Intern at شركة وعد الفاعوري ومضاوي بن منيخر للمحاماة from January 2019 to January 2020. Hessa then gained experience as a Coop Legal Research trainee at King Saud University in May 2020 and served as a Compliance Specialist at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing from April 2021 to November 2022. Currently, Hessa holds the position of Risk Management Officer at Tanmiah | تنمية since October 2022 and previously worked as a Risk Management Officer at NEOM until February 2025. Additionally, Hessa was actively involved with the National Anti-corruption Commission (Nazaha) as a member and Vice President of Nazaha Club from January to December 2019, leading risk assessments and developing key risk indicators in current roles.
