Mark Erickson

Mark Erickson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory services and public accounting. At Tanner LLC since September 2000, Mark serves as a Partner in charge of the Transaction Services team, specializing in buy-side and sell-side due diligence and Quality of Earnings Reports. Mark also oversees audits for various clients, ensuring the quality of engagements and mentoring employees, while participating in the strategic direction of the firm. In addition to these roles, Mark has been a Board Member at the USU Huntsman School of Business since 2012 and served on the Board of Directors for Youthlinc from January 2013 to October 2017. Earlier in Mark’s career, a position as a Staff Accountant at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission involved conducting in-depth reviews of SEC filings. Mark holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from Utah State University, obtained in 1995.
