Logan Reed

Logan Reed has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Currently, they work as a Project Manager at Tantus Technologies, Inc., where they focus on streamlining project activities and enhancing communication among stakeholders. Before that, Logan owned and operated Logan Country Farms, a Veteran-Owned Small Business. Logan also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the American Oath Initiative and worked as an Independent Contractor, MARSOC, at ITility, LLC.

Logan has a strong background in operations and management. Logan worked at Amazon for six years, holding various roles, including Operations Manager, Sr. Technical Sourcing Lead, Project Manager, and Bar Raiser. Prior to that, they were in the military. Logan served in the Maryland Army National Guard as a Strategic Operations Manager and Information Operations and Air & Missile Defense specialist. Logan also worked as a Senior Operations Manager and Intelligence Operations Integrator at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and as an Operations Manager, NATO Exercise Planner, and Budget Officer at the United States Army Europe.

Additionally, Logan has experience in international operations, as they served as an Operations Manager, Iraq Liaison Officer, and Partnership & Plans Manager at the Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve. Logan also worked as a Federal Strategy & Operations Consultant at Deloitte, where they supported the implementation of the largest Integrated Electronic Health Record system.

Logan Reed began their education in 2008 and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University Maryland. Logan studied Philosophy and Military Science during their time there. In 2019, Logan enrolled in the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Logan is currently pursuing this degree and has not specified an end year. In 2023, Logan is planning to attend North Carolina State University to obtain a certification in Master Gardener, which is expected to be completed within the same year.

In addition to their formal education, Logan has obtained several certifications. In August 2019, they received Top Secret Clearance (TS/SCI) from the United States Department of Defense.
