Taozi Tree Yoga is an award-winning international yoga studio located in the heart of Sanlitun, Beijing, with newly opened satellite spaces in Jinshang Yuan and in Shunyi (near Western Academy Beijing).

Founded in 2018 by Theresa Parsonage (桃子老师), Taozi Tree has become a vibrant hub for yoga lovers seeking connection, growth, and transformation through practice.

We offer a wide range of yoga classes for all levels—from gentle Yin to strong Vinyasa and everything in between—led by passionate teachers from around the world. Our studio is known for its inclusive, community-first approach, blending physical challenge, mindfulness, and spiritual nourishment.

Taozi Tree Yoga is also home to Beijing’s most recognized Yoga Alliance-certified 200-Hour Teacher Training Program, with 19 groups graduated to date. Many of our students become teachers, and are supported through our "Seeds to Trees" incubation program, creating a full-circle journey.

Whether it’s YOGA IN THE PARK, our MOVED BY THE MOON series, seasonal retreats, or sound healing, Taozi Tree Yoga is more than just a studio—it’s a community rooted in love, movement, and mindful living.
