Michael Boan

Michael Boan is a seasoned software engineer currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and UI Team Lead at Tapad since May 2018. Prior to this, Michael worked at App Academy from November 2016 to May 2018, where roles included Software Engineer/Instructor and Head of Hackers in Residence. Michael also contributed as the Head TA of the JumpStart Program at App Academy. Earlier experience includes teaching Physics at North Arlington High School from February 2015 to May 2016, where implementation of the PUM curriculum resulted in a notable increase in standardized test scores. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master’s Degree in Physics Teacher Education from the same institution.
