Michael Paolilli

Michael Paolilli is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in various roles within the entertainment and media industry. Currently serving as Senior Director at Tapas Media, Michael oversees studio operations related to original webcomic and novel-to-comic productions, managing both internal and freelance staff while developing studio goals and collaborating with C-suite executives. Prior experience includes roles as Production Director at Tapas Media, Creative Director at MP Designs, and Graphic Designer/Project Manager at KB Home, among others. Michael has a strong background in project management, art direction, and production, having contributed to numerous high-profile projects across advertising, games, comics, and publishing. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Animation, Character Design, and Interactive Technology from California State University, Northridge, and has furthered education at the Concept Design Academy.
