Scott Walters is the current Vice President of Talent at Tapas. Scott has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Scott started their career at MomentFeed in September 2017 and was responsible for creating scalable infrastructure and processes covering the areas of talent acquisition, people policies & programs, people operations, employee relations, compensation & benefits, systems & analytics worldwide, and starting up overseas operations. In August 2014, they joined ReachLocal as the Senior Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition. Scott successfully right-sized the Talent Acquisition team and realigned with the Human Resources function to effectively support changing business needs. Scott also re-engineered talent acquisition and human resources processes utilizing automated workflows and fewer staff, resulting in higher efficiencies, reduced processing time and number of errors, and an increased level of service, while ensuring SOX compliance.
Scott Walters attended Marquette University and earned a certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in Project Management Essentials Certified.
