Tapasya is a Sanskrit word implying a sincere and profound effort at meditation, austerity, and self-discipline towards attaining self-realization. 

Tapasya Foundation, Mangalore was formed as a Public Charitable Trust to serve all needy people irrespective of caste, creed, religion, sex or colour.

Our vision has manifested into the mission of providing holistic medical care aimed at optimizing quality of life and mitigating suffering of people with serious complex illness.

As our priority initiative, we are driven by the unflinching commitment to provide Paediatric Palliative & Hospice care along with rehabilitation of children from poor and deprived sections of the society. This will include free accommodation, food, recreational facilities, and other critical elements that define quality of life.
