Ryan Howe

Ryan Howe is a technology operating executive and general counsel with extensive experience in corporate legal affairs. They began their career at Ballard Spahr LLP as an associate, focusing on corporate and transactional matters. Following this, Ryan served as Associate General Counsel and later General Counsel at Webroot Inc., overseeing worldwide legal affairs. From 2019 to 2021, they were General Counsel and Secretary at BillGO, and currently, Ryan is the General Counsel at Tapcheck while also serving as the Chief Business Officer at Moov Financial, where they manage various operational functions and provide strategic guidance. Ryan is pursuing a JD at the University of Colorado School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington and Lee University.
