Tom Punch

Tom Punch has worked in the creative industry since 2003. Tom began their career as Co-founder of Absinthe Minded Ltd. In 2005, they were a Fellowship at WPP. Two years later, they were Content Director, Entertainment Division at GroupM. From 2010 to 2012, they were Creative Lead at Mother. Tom then joined VICE Media in 2012, where they held the roles of Global Chief Creative & Commercial Officer, Global Executive Creative Director, and Executive Creative Director. In 2018, they became Global President of Spring Studios and Owner of Punch Projects. Most recently, they founded Tape in 2021.

Tom Punch attended King's College School Wimbledon before pursuing a Master of Arts at The University of Edinburgh.
