Allen Chen

Allen Chen, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting, currently serving as an Accounting Manager at Tapestry since March 2019. Prior roles include Senior Fund Accountant at BNY Mellon, Project Accountant at Property Resources Corporation, and Accountant at Neighborhood Coalition for Shelter, Inc. Allen started the accounting career as a Junior Accountant at Met Council and gained initial experience as an Assistant Accountant intern at Y & W Professional Services Inc. Notably, Allen managed a team and prepared over 100 tax returns as a Manager intern for the Internal Revenue Service Vita Program. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Accountancy and Business, Management, and Finance from Brooklyn College.
