Caleb Chia

Caleb Chia is a seasoned product management professional with significant experience in e-commerce and digital strategy. Currently serving as a Sr. Associate Product Manager at Tapestry, Caleb oversees the personalization strategy and roadmap for product detail pages while leading cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and conversion through A/B testing and UX design sprints. Previously, as a Product Manager at PDHI, Caleb developed a COVID-19 test appointment scheduler managing over 100,000 appointments and aligned product roadmaps with client feedback. Earlier roles included improving checkout experiences at Bed Bath & Beyond and conducting digital marketing tasks at AllSaints Retail Ltd. Caleb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics from Rutgers University.
