Karl Patterson is a Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing Leader with extensive experience in various managerial roles. They began their career at Waitrose & Partners, where they held positions from Partner to Store Manager from 2001 to 2004. From 2018 to 2023, Karl served as the Diversity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing Manager at John Lewis Partnership and worked as a Democracy Coach. Currently, they are the Senior Manager of Equity, Inclusion & Diversity (EMEAI) at Tapestry and have also taken on the role of ED&I and Wellbeing Lead at Costa Coffee for the year 2023-2024. Karl earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising & Video Production from Ernest Bevin College, completing their studies in 2007.
