Mark Sharp

Mark Sharp has over 14 years of experience in the retail flooring industry, currently serving as Regional Manager for Tapi Carpets & Floors since August 2020, overseeing multiple stores in the Kent area with a focus on performance and recruitment. Prior to this role, Mark opened a new store in Chatham in late 2018, achieving a 100% hit rate on targets for 2019 while also managing a concession store in Maidstone. Mark began their career at Carpetright from January 2009 to August 2015, where three store management roles were held across the Kent area, emphasizing relationship building and exceptional customer service.
