Маржан Токумтаева

Мarzhan Tokumtaeva has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Маржан started their career as a manager at Kaspi Bank in 2009, followed by a role as a leading manager at QAZKOM (Kazkommertsbank JSC) in 2011. Маржан then joined Sberbank as a specialist in sales in 2012, later transitioning to the role of project manager/business analyst. In 2017, Marzhan worked as a business analyst at Alfa-Bank Kazakhstan before becoming a Scrum master at Alfa-Bank Kazakhstan in 2018. Маржан also served as an expert at Kaspi Bank in the same year. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Product Manager at IT-company ONE Technologies, which they started in 2019.

Маржан Токумтаева completed their Bachelor's degree in the field of Law and Economics from КАЗНУ им. Аль-Фараби (Al-Farabi Kazakh National University) between 2006 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certifications PSPO I and PSM I from Scrum.org in December 2020 and January 2021 respectively.
