Christopher Gee is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Tappit since March 2024, Christopher previously held the role of Practice Lead at Amey and Chief Technology Officer at WASTE EXPERT LIMITED, where responsibilities included architecting and growing technical strategies for key products in the B2B commercial waste market. With a solid foundation in software development, Christopher progressed from a Junior Developer to Lead .NET Developer at Universal Utilities, and later to Head of Software Development at Verastar, where the department grew significantly under Christopher's leadership. Aiming for digital transformation, Christopher also served as Interim CTO at Inspire Payments. Christopher holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computing and Communications from Lancaster University.
