Jayna Fontes

Jayna Fontes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

Jayna started their career in 2010 as a Psychologist at L42, where they worked until 2011.

In 2012, they joined G4 Americas as a Recruiter, and stayed there until 2013.

From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Oppa as an HR Business Partner.

In 2014, they joined Geekie as a Tech Recruiter, before moving on to Tapps Games in 2015 as an HR Coordinator.

At Tapps Games, they progressed to become an HR Manager in 2016, and later became the Head of Gente & Gestão for the Grupo Tapps in February 2020, a position they currently hold.

Jayna Fontes completed a degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2004 to 2009. Jayna then pursued further education and completed a Postgraduate degree in Organizational and Occupational Psychology from the same university from 2009 to 2010, specializing in the field of Work Psychology.
