Tim Beachy

Tim Beachy has extensive experience in the social service sector, currently serving as Company Chair at WJS Canada since April 2016, leading a large organization with over 600 employees across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. As Chair of the Board of Directors for Options Community Services Society since April 2013, Tim has been involved since March 2011 in guiding an organization with 420 staff members. Additionally, Tim oversees the BC Centre for Non-Profit Management & Sustainability as Chair and previously held the role of Chair for the Options for Homes Society of Langley, which focuses on developing cost-effective housing. Earlier in the career, Tim was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of United Community Services Co-op, now known as Realize Strategies Co-operative, which served the non-profit sector in British Columbia. Tim holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Oregon, obtained between 1978 and 1980.
