David Santos is a seasoned people leader with expertise in designing and implementing innovative talent strategies across global consultancies, digital agencies, and corporations. Currently serving as a Talent and DEI Consultant at Taproot Foundation, David has previously held pivotal positions such as Chief People and Diversity Officer at iCrossing and Vice President of Corporate DEI Strategy at Hearst. With a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, David has been recognized for building impactful talent pipelines and fostering collaborative, inclusive environments that elevate underrepresented voices. David holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Psychology from Boston University and New York University, respectively.
