Michael Lim

Michael Lim possesses extensive experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as Account Director for Donor Database at Taproot Foundation since 2009, where focus is on supporting non-profits in establishing infrastructure. Prior roles include Technical IT Director at World Savings/Wachovia Corporation from 2002 to 2008, overseeing an Oracle/Siebel Enterprise Incentive Compensation system, and introducing Agile methodologies. Additionally, Michael served as Technical Project Manager at Charles Schwab Corp., managing systems for real-time trading positions, and has held various IT roles at Visa International, MFS Intelenet, Computer Task Group, and Electronic Data Systems. Michael holds a BS in Computer Science from San Francisco State University and has further education from the International Institute for Learning.
