Currently serving as the Technical Recruiting Lead at Taproot Solutions Inc since September 2025, Teja has previously excelled as the Lead Technical Recruiter at Global Intellectuals LLC from March 2020 to September 2025, as well as holding the role of Senior Technical Recruiter during the same tenure. Teja began a career in technical recruitment at Scottline Technologies from January 2019 to February 2020, showcasing a steady progression in responsibility and expertise within the field. Teja holds a Bachelor's degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK).
