Falone Shimba

Falone Shimba has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Falone is currently the Taptap Send Growth Lead for the Democratic Republic of Congo and Congo. Falone is also the Founder of La French Crêpe and manages sourcing and partnerships as the Sourcing and Partnership Manager at Africa Fashion Guide. In 2019, Falone founded KAZI HOUSE in Paris, a collaborative workspace designed for building community and networking. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Manager and Technical Associate at Ethical Apparel Africa from 2015 to 2016. Falone also managed the communication strategy for the PR-UNIFORM Kickstarter Campaign at Liberty & Justice in 2015. Falone gained experience as a Project/Event Manager at Africa Fashion Guide from 2014 to 2015 and worked in marketing and development at USAFrance, LLC Dba ReussirUSA in 2014. Falone also contributed to international relations at World Fashion Week in 2014 and worked as a Field Marketer at Innovation Marketing in 2012.

Falone Shimba completed their A-Levels with a focus on Economic and social from Lycée Saint Charles between the years 2008 and 2011. Falone then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Marketing, Finance, and Management from Paris Business College (Groupe INSEEC) from 2011 to 2014. Following their bachelor's degree, they attended OMNES Education from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business Management.
