Ro Paddock is a financial crime expert with extensive experience in fraud and risk mitigation across various industries including e-commerce, banking, and fintech. They have a noteworthy track record in operational and strategic fraud management, having significantly reduced chargeback and fraud rates at multiple organizations. Currently, Ro serves as the Head of Fraud at Taptap Send, following a role as Head of Risk and FinCrime at Fourthline, where they focused on advancing Know Your Customer (KYC) solutions.
