Traci Trang has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Traci began their career at TDT Event as a Marketing Assistant cum Manager Assistant in 2012. From there, they moved on to SOPHIE PARIS as a Salesperson and then joined Oriflame Cosmetics as a Sales Business Development professional. In 2011, Traci worked as a Master of Ceremonies (MC) on a freelance basis.
Traci then transitioned to L'Oréal and held multiple roles within the company. Traci started as an Assistant Director of Sales, where they conducted market research and developed business models and strategies for key account salons. Traci also worked as an Assistant Marketing Director, focusing on marketing development and performance reporting for L'Oréal Paris Skincare. Later, they served as an Assistant Global Product Manager at L'Oréal, specializing in the Travel Retail Global Marketing team.
Traci then joined Interparfums as an Assistant Global Product Manager, where they worked on design concepts for new product launches and developed products and gifts with purchase.
Traci returned to L'Oréal once again, this time as an Assistant Global Product Manager for the Travel Retail Global Marketing team, specifically focusing on skincare. Traci was responsible for marketing development and operations for this category.
Afterwards, Traci worked at LifeCoconut as a Brand Manager, overseeing brand activities for a period of one year. Traci then took on the role of Project Manager at Taptap Send, where they were responsible for the fintech growth launch of the first Asian market. Traci'stasks included product testing, customer research, competitor analysis, and network pipeline and partnership development.
Currently, Traci Trang works at Taptap Send as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. Traci designs and implements automation campaigns to improve conversion and retention rates and enhance customer lifetime value. Additionally, Traci analyzes and innovates resources and processes to optimize engagement communication with customers across various markets.
Traci TRANG's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Hoa Sen University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management. They continued their education in 2013 at Arteveldehogeschool, studying Business Management. In 2014, they attended OMNES Education to study International Business for a year. Then, in 2016, Traci TRANG pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the French Vietnamese School of Management (CFVG).
