Steven Samuel

Steven Samuel serves as the Chief Technology Officer at tapyoca since October 2023. Prior to this role, Steven served as the CEO and Founder of SOHH (a 4CONTROL Media, Inc. Company) from July 1994 to January 2024, where a proprietary Content Management System was developed to automate the publication of over 23,000 articles. Steven has also held significant positions such as Partner and Lead Tech at Cannaramic (December 2018 - December 2020), and Senior Vice President of Hip-Hop at Urban Box Office (January 2000 - November 2000). Earlier in Steven's career, various web development and design roles were undertaken at companies like Reuters, CBS Interactive, and Essence Communications Inc. Additionally, Steven was a member of The Infamous Troubleneck Brothers, contributing to early Boom Bap Hip-Hop music. Educational background includes studies at Landmark, CUNY Bronx Community College, and Dewitt Clinton High School.
