Ali Chaouki

Ali Chaouki has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ali began their career as an Internal Auditor at AXA, where they developed an internal audit framework and improved business continuity management practices. Ali then worked as a Senior Functional Consultant at CIH BANK, where they were responsible for creating development requirements and application design specifications.

Afterward, Ali joined Attijariwafa bank as an Internal Audit Manager for wafa cash. Ali then moved to the Central Bank of Morocco as a Senior Project Manager, where they directed the Processes Documentation Project and managed the ERP selection process.

Ali later joined EIIC as the Vice President of Business Process Management, where they led a team of analysts and provided leadership and coaching. Ali was responsible for designing and implementing various systems, including an enterprise architecture model, a SharePoint Internet and Collaboration portal, and a Document Management System.

In 2009, Ali joined National Holding, serving as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and later as the Group Chief PMO Officer. Their responsibilities included change management, organizational redesign, PMO implementation, and portfolio management.

Ali then joined Union Capital Investment Management as the Director of Strategy Advisory Services, where they provided strategic advisory and directed the company's strategy initiatives.

Their most recent role is as the Vice President of PMO & Business Transformation P&W at TAQA, where they have been since 2017. In this position, Ali assessed organizational complexity, developed corporate governance frameworks, and designed organizational options. Ali also provided strategic planning and facilitated strategic reviews and planning processes.

Throughout their career, Ali Chaouki has demonstrated expertise in project management, strategy development, organizational design, and process improvement.

Ali Chaouki has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance and a minor in International Trade, which they obtained from Al Akhawayn University from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Lycee Dar Essalam, where they earned a French Baccalaureate in Mathematical Sciences in 1991. As of now, Ali Chaouki is expected to enroll in the INSEAD MBA program in 2020.
