Andrew Cook

Andrew Cook is a seasoned geologist currently serving as a Senior Explorationist at TAQA Group since November 2022. With extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, Andrew previously held the role of Unconventional Resources Geologist at Murphy Oil Corporation, where involvement in the New Ventures team contributed to a significant $486 million joint venture with Athabasca Oil Corporation. Prior experience includes positions at Yukon Geological Survey and Total Canada, as well as educational qualifications comprising a BSc.Hons in Geology from the University of New Brunswick and a Diploma with Honours in Graphic Design from the Visual College of Art and Design.
