Andy Begg

Andy Begg is the Group General Counsel for Oil and Gas at TAQA PJSC, where they are a member of the Management Committee overseeing upstream and midstream activities in the UK, Netherlands, and Canada. Previously, they served as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Dana Petroleum Limited, holding leadership roles in ethics, compliance, and joint ventures. Having begun their legal career as a trainee solicitor at Stronachs, Andy has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, including positions at Maersk Oil and CC Energy. They hold multiple legal degrees from the University of Aberdeen, including a Master's in Entrepreneurship.
