Arnaldo Conde

Arnaldo Conde has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Arnaldo is currently the Director of Strategy & Operations Excellence at TAQA Group. Prior to this, they served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at TaweelahRO and as the Director of Asset Management at Abu Dhabi Power Corporation. Arnaldo also worked at A.T. Kearney, where they held the position of Senior Principal and served as the Senior Executive Director for A. T. Kearney Qatar. Arnaldo was also a Management Consultant at A.T. Kearney for a significant portion of their career. In addition, Arnaldo worked as a Finance & Procurement Senior Advisor at the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy. Before embarking on their consulting career, they held roles such as Plant Manager at Hanesbrands Inc. and Process Engineer at Baxter Healthcare.

Arnaldo Conde obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo between the years 1989 and 1993. Arnaldo then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Texas McCombs School of Business from 1997 to 1999.
