Bob Gardiner has extensive experience in health and safety within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Medic and HSE Advisor on the Eider Platform with TAQA since April 2013, Bob provides medical services and oversees occupational health compliance alongside HSE activities. Previously, Bob has contributed to health issues as a seconded Health Advisor onshore and served as an Associate Lecturer in Occupational Health & Remote Health Care at Robert Gordon University from November 2015 to July 2023. Before these roles, Bob was an Occupational Health & Safety Advisor at Shell, focusing on HSE activities, and started a career as a Charge Nurse at the NHS. Bob holds a degree in Occupational Health from Robert Gordon University and has furthered education through CAPITA.
