Dean Pell

Dean Pell is an accomplished industry professional with extensive experience in production operations within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as a Production Team Leader at TAQA Group since March 2018, Dean oversees a range of production activities, including gas compression, dehydration, and water treatment systems. Prior to this role, Dean worked as an Offshore Production Technician with Wood Group PSN from January 2011 to March 2018, contributing to the Triton FPSO and Beatrice Complex. Earlier experience includes a role as a Process Operative at Dow Chemicals, where Dean completed a three-year apprenticeship and became a qualified Process Operator in chemical production. Dean holds an NVQ Level 3 in Chemical, Petrochemical and Pharmaceutical Operations from Teesside Training Enterprise.
