Ian Andrew

Ian Andrew has extensive experience in the maintenance field, currently serving as Maintenance Team Lead at TAQA Group since January 2014. In this role, Ian leads a specialist team focused on enhancing the reliability and performance of critical equipment through optimized maintenance strategies. Previous positions include Maintenance Lead during a secondment for the Eider Late Life Project, where Ian contributed to operational expenditure reduction initiatives, and Maintenance Superintendent, responsible for asset maintenance budgeting, management of support teams, and oversight of maintenance planning and KPI performance. Ian began their career as a Maintenance Delivery Engineer at Wood from January 2013 to January 2014, gaining valuable insights into maintenance delivery practices.
