Julia Budakova, CFA, currently serves as the Lead Strategy & PMO at TAQA Group since September 2025. Prior to this role, Julia held various positions at Uniper from October 2019 to August 2025, including Project Manager for M&A and Analyst/Project Manager for Strategy, Corporate Development, and M&A, along with experience as a Finance Trainee. Julia began the career as an Intern at Mercedes-Benz AG from August 2018 to January 2019. Julia holds a Master of Science in Finance from Peking University HSBC Business School (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (2012-2016), complemented by an exchange semester in Economics at Technische Universität Dresden (2014-2015).
