Rob Bennett is a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the gas industry, including 18 years at senior management and executive levels. They currently serve as Chairman and Managing Director of TAQA EPC Group, part of TAQA Arabia in Cairo, Egypt, where they oversee multiple gas concessions and a construction business. Previously, Rob held various senior roles at Shell International Gas & Power BV, including Governance Advisor for Nigeria LNG and as Regional Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager for Africa. Rob began their career as Technical Director for a BG joint venture in Mumbai, India, after earning a BSc. Hons in Engineering from the University of East London.
