Fern Deininger

Fern Deininger is a mission-driven operations manager currently serving as the Network Development Manager at TARA Mind, where they focus on expanding access to psychedelic-assisted therapy. Fern has a background in behavioral health and community engagement, having previously held positions such as Practice Manager at Healing Connections: Therapy Collective and St. Vincent Behavioral Health Services. They also have experience as an Intake Coordinator at Integrating Insights and were involved in various roles at Naropa University, including Chair of the Student Union and Manager of the Naropa Bike Shack. Fern holds a Bachelor's degree in Art Therapy from Naropa University and has worked in entrepreneurial healthcare settings to enhance care delivery for patients and providers alike. In their free time, Fern enjoys gardening, cooking, and ceramics.
