Casey Harman has worked for a number of organizations since 2007. In 2007, they began working as the General Manager and Director of Banquet and Sales at BEST WESTERN PLUS Crossroads. In this role, they oversaw a staff of 28+, maintained the Director of Sales position, set all rates for the hotel, managed RFP & BW Leads, prospected new business, responded to all guest compliments and complaints, and handled human resource responsibilities. In addition, they also worked as the Banquet Sales Manager and Front Desk Manager. In 2014, they moved on to SMI Hotel Group, where they held the role of Crowne Plaza Richmond Downtown Group Sales Manager. In 2016, they began working at Magnolia Green Golf Club & Grille as the Director of Sales, where they were responsible for all membership, golf outings/tournaments, and all the weddings/events at the facility. Casey also handled networking, worked closely with the marketing team for the community, managed their social media platforms, edited their website, and worked closely with their Director of Instruction to communicate with their Ladies Golf Group. In 2018, they moved on to Stonehenge Golf & Country Club as the Membership Director, where they were responsible for all member sales and offered several amenities including pool, tennis, clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, social events and golf. In 2020, they began working at the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce as the Business Development Manager. Most recently, they started working at Taradel LLC in 2022 as the Customer Success Manager.

Casey Harman attended Louisa County High School from 2004 to 2008.
